Arterial and Venous Thrombosis following Vaccination against COVID-19 with Astra-Zeneca Vaccine Revealing Thrombophilia

Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most recognised means of containing pandemic. Vaccines are not without side effects, particularly vascular thrombosis. But before blaming vaccines, a thorough assessment thrombotic risk factors necessary. We report case arterial and venous thrombosis after vaccination with AstraZeneca revealing an exaggeration factor VIII in 37-year-old female patient. The angioscanner showed right subclavian, pulmonary embolism presence thrombus aorta. biology was favour high level VIII. patient treated antivitamin K, clinical evolution favourable.
